Did you know? Subterranean Termites live in colonies from 500k to several million. You will probably never see the Queen Termite responsible for reproducing the colony but she can live up to 30 years. Worker termites are the ones you will see building the mud tubes or in interior sheetrock walls, they are blind and wingless but cause the damage to anything made of wood or wood products.

Drywood Termites have a smaller colony, only about 3,000 to 5,000, with a smaller body size. Drywood Termites can live in furniture inside the home.
